SHAP 2019 – Sydney-area Historical Archaeology Practitioners Workshop

Not an ASHA eventSHAP 2019: Preliminary Call for PresentersThis year’s Sydney Area Historical Archaeology Practitioners’ Workshop (SHAP) is scheduled for Friday, 17 May 2019. The one-day meeting will be held in the Centre for Classical and Near Eastern Studies of Australia at the University of Sydney. The event kicks off NationalArchaeology Week NSW, with events throughout the third week in May.Details for registration will be forthcoming in the next few weeks, however this announcement is a reminder to add 17 May to your calendars, and to call for expressions of interest to present on current research, new discoveries, and advances in theory or method. Potential presenters should contact James Flexner [email protected]. While the theme for this year 2019s SHAP is open, groups of presenters are welcome to propose thematic sessions around particular topics where appropriate.
