Ross Bridge, Tasmania, Studies in Historical Archaeology No. 3, Maureen Byrne, 1976
The Ross Bridge is a well-known historic bridge in Tasmania, which was completed in 1836. This short monograph describes the evidence for the construction of the Ross Bridge recorded by archaeologist Maureen Byrne during roadworks on the bridge in 1976. This report is also notable as an early example of what would now be referred to as an archaeological monitoring report.
