During the 2010s, Australasian Historical Archaeology continued to develop themes established in earlier volumes. This decade featured fewer themed issues than the 2000s – although the issues for 2012 and 2014 did foreground research in New Zealand. The interests of the journal also broadened, reflecting wider trends in contemporary and historical archaeology.
